Shipping & Delivery

Cor Auri pieces are carefully prepared and shipped with attention to security, presentation, and traceability.

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 5–7 business days after your order is confirmed.

Made-to-order pieces require additional preparation time, as each jewel is crafted in small batches. Please allow 4–8 weeks for production before shipment.

All orders are shipped with tracking information. For high-value orders, shipments may include declared value coverage, signature upon delivery, or additional carrier insurance when available.

Some Cor Auri pieces are crafted in Ecuador and selected international ateliers. For selected U.S. and international orders, final fulfillment may be handled through our Miami logistics point to provide a smoother and more secure delivery experience.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Cor Auri is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the client.
