Ready-to-ship pieces are carefully prepared and dispatched within 5–7 business days after your order is confirmed. Made-to-order pieces require 4–8 weeks, depending on the design. All orders are shipped with tracking information.

Selected U.S. and international orders may be fulfilled through our Miami logistics point for a smoother and more secure delivery experience.

Ready-to-ship pieces may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Made-to-order, custom, engraved, or personalized pieces are final sale.

Cor Auri offers a 12-month craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, oxidation, accidental damage, impact, misuse, improper care, loss of stones due to accident, or repairs made by a third party.

If your piece requires repair, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the request and advise whether the repair is covered by warranty or can be offered as a paid service.

Each Cor Auri piece is designed with a fine-jewelry approach and crafted in small batches by trusted atelier partners in Ecuador and internationally. Every jewel is carefully finished and inspected before shipment.
